The Black Sanctum was the 2nd of their text adventure games, originally released for hobbyist FLEX based 6800/6809 systems in June of 1981 (as shown in that month's issue of 68 Micro Journal. It was released on the Coco simultaneously with it's older brother Calixto Island on August 8, 1981 and first advertised in the August 1981 issue of 68 Micro Journal. The game featured save/load games in progress (originally to tape, later to disk). The premise of the game is that one has to destroy all of the black magic in an old 18th century monastery. This involves some bits of magic, and the game has a good spooky atmosphere to it. It uses a then standard verb/noun parser.
