Laser Attack (renamed to Laser Command by the time the Treasury Pack was released in 1985) is an Extended BASIC variant on the arcade smash Missile Command, that opens up with a missile shooting up and exploding (using Extended BASIC's LINE and CIRCLE commands). Using the right joystick, on attempts to protect their cities from waves of missiles (lines) and a cruise missile (moving box). Unlike the arcade original, Laser Attack has the lasers and missiles always coming straight down, and you are only allowed one shot on the screen at a time - but it is instantaneous. For each wave you have 30 shots and 15 opponent shots to contend with, and you get a bonus city every 10,000 points.
There is a comment from Tom Rosenbaum (who created/ran Spectral Associates) as "TLR" in the main game program dated June 19, 1984 saying that the version included with the Treasury Pack is up to version 1.2.
This game later became part of the 30 game Treasury Pack from Spectral Associates.
