Grand Slam Bridge is a low res graphics version of the popular bidding card game for a single human player. It includes some basic directions on how to bid and select cards. Since Bridge requires 4 players (2 teams of 2), the computer both plays as the opponents team (both players), but also will calculate bids as the human player's partner. If any of the 3 computer players wins the bid they get to select the trump (the suit that can take any other suit irregardless of the face value... but they can only be played if 1) they are the first card played for a round or 2) the player has no cards in the same suit as the first card played in the round. If the computer partner wins the bid, their cards are revealed to the human player as well, and the human player plays cards for the both of them (the opponent's team are both still played by the computer). The game will keep track of how many hands each team has won with little graphics for each trick taken. It also shows which computer controlled player is "thinking" by putting an orange block beside them.

One odd thing about the game is when the hand is completed (and points are assigned to the appropriate team), the game instructs the player to BREAK out of the game and type RUN to play another hand. So the player has to keep track of the score of the game itself; the computer only figures out the score for each hand played.
