Coco Crosswords is a graphical Crossword puzzle game, with many levels of play (4 basic levels, and then different sized crosswords for each level). It was sold through Novasoft, which was Tom Mix's lower cost game subsidiary company. The game is based on the types of Crossword puzzles that traditionally appear in newspapers; it consists of a grid of squares, some blocked out, and you have to fill each with a letter. The letters form words that are the answers to short statements or questions, and spell from left to right or top to bottom. You have to make sure that the various answers work in all cases (and they overlap with each other) in order to solve the puzzle. The game comes with 27 puzzles, but there were additional puzzle disks that one could get, each with over 30 new puzzles.
