Chambers is a large, maze-based original arcade game from Tom Mix software. The player has to go through the various chambers, collecting keys and dodging/shooting monsters (and other things that shoot out of the center). You can see the map for the current set of chambers in the upper right corner... and there are quite a number of these sets of mazes. (In a cute touch, one of the chamber sets actually spells 'MIX'). The red chamber on the map (at the center in the above right screen shot) is a special chamber, which you need to complete to get to the next set. You can also select which set to start on when you begin the game.
It has been noted to me that in all but the last room, the monsters can be killed by having them make contact with the base in the middle of the room.
