He directed me to your website and urged me to contact you to look into allowing the program to be offered for download. As far as I'm concerned, that would be fine with me. I don't have at hand my original contract with Tandy, though I'm sure it's around somewhere since I never throw anything away. I know I retained the copyright to the game, which was licensed to them. Just where Robert Heinlein's rights and "Starship Troopers" comes into this, I'm not sure. And, since all this was ~25 years ago, I don't know if any agreements back then would still apply, in fact(?) My guess would be that neither Tandy nor Heinlein's estate would have any objections. I have just added a section to my own website that involves my old games. www.leochristopherson.com I'm starting with "Android Nim" and figured to work up to most of the others eventually, as time allows. If you would like to add to your present Klendathu page (perhaps I can provide you with more details about the game, if you wish) then I could just direct viewers to your page for Klendathu, rather than duplicating material on both sites. What do you think? Leo Christopherson
