Notes for Albert James NICHOLL

In the 1901 census for Toronto, Albert is listed as a baker, and they just had their eldest daughter Martha with them. Martha’s birth also records Albert as being a baker living at 597 Markham at the time in Toronto (the main birth registry has their address as 459 Bloor Street West instead).

In the 1911 census, Albert is listed as a stone worker, of English descent.

All of the kids except May and Margaret are living at home with Albert and Ruth in the 1921 census for Toronto. They lived at 67 Eglington Avenue East. Albert is shown being a teamster in the excavation industry, and earned $10,400 the previous year.

The 1921 census shows him being 1 year older than Ruth, but the 1921 census shows him being 3 years younger.
