A record on the LDS website shows her being born Feb. 15 1875. Death is from LDS record as well. Note that this record also shows the last name of herself and her parents as Grainger.

I seem to have two Sarah Graingers born the same day, but one is married to George Louis Cavanagh, and the other to Thomas Cavanagh. Not sure which is right (or if she remarried?).
