Annie Strong was the bridesmaid, and Mr. William Caul of Cartwright was the groomsman. They went on a short honeymoon, returning to Cartwright on Wednesday, December 16. They spent Christmas 1908 at Peter Stewart’s (Jessie’s father) place in Darlingford, returning to their home in Cartwright on December 29.

Lived on his farm with his wife (near Cartwright, Manitoba). He went to go do chores in the barn, but didn’t come back. His wife Jessie went to find him, and found out that he had been killed by a kicking horse.
